Wu Wei only accepts bookings from persons aged 18 and over. Wu Wei reserves the right to refuse a booking at any time, without stating reasons. For all bookings made by telephone or e-mail, Wu Wei will charge a booking fee of € 10 per booking. If you book via the internet, you pay no extra costs. After booking you will receive a confirmation and an invoice can be requested upon check-out.

All prices are expressed in euros.

The price of each room includes:

6% VAT

An overnight stay in the booked room type

Daily refurbishing of room and bathroom

Use of the wireless internet

Use of the parking

The price of the room is not included:


Use of the sauna (24 euro per person per day or 14 euro per person evening spa from 19h)

Tourist tax / garbage tax (per person and per night)

For the determination of the number of persons per booking period, the maximum number of persons staying in the room is at least one night. Earlier departure does not result in a refund of tourist tax and levies.

When you book your stay, you pay the total invoice amount (room rate, tourist tax, environmental tax, any service costs and extras). You can pay the following:

via the bank account number stated on the booking confirmation

via credit card, bancontact or cash

If you wish to make changes to the booking after the conclusion of the booking, Wu Wei is not obliged to comply with this. It is Wu Wei's free choice whether, and to what extent, those changes are accepted. For every change, in an already made booking, up to 1 week before arrival we charge you € 10, - change costs per room. In principle, changes are not allowed within 1 week before arrival. In the case of a period of 1 week before the start of the stay, you owe the full original invoice amount. If, after the booking of more than one room, you want to reduce the number of booked rooms, the cancellation conditions as mentioned under 5 apply.

After receiving the reservation confirmation you can cancel your booking within 24 hours, starting from the date of dispatch.

In case of cancellation more than 4 weeks before the start of the stay, 25% of the total invoice amount will be due.

In case of cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the total invoice amount is due.

From 48 hours before arrival and in case of premature termination of the stay, the full invoice amount is due.

In order to make the stay in the hotel as pleasant as possible for all hotel and spa guests, all guests must adhere to the (behavioral) rules laid down in the hotel regulations for the hotel. These regulations are available at the reception.

The rules of conduct in the spa must also be observed. The rules can be read in the changing rooms of the spa.

Violation of the rules may result in removal from the hotel, without refund of the invoice amount or a part thereof. Wu Wei reserves the right to make changes to the design and opening times of its facilities. We also remind you that it is possible that during your stay maintenance work in the hotel or the spa can be carried out without you being entitled to any compensation.

Force Majeure on the part of Wu Wei exists if the performance of the agreement in whole or in part, whether or not temporarily prevented by circumstances beyond the control of Wu Wei, including: danger of war, personnel strikes, blockades, fire, floods and other disruptions or events.

Wu Wei accepts no liability for:

theft, loss or damage, of whatever nature, during or as a result of a stay at the hotel. If you have broken or damaged something, report the damage to the reception and settle your debt. In this way you avoid that the amount is billed afterwards and additional administrative costs are charged;

disabling or disabling technical equipment and the failure or closure of facilities in the hotel and spa.

The person who made the booking and the person accompanying him or her are jointly and severally liable for any loss and / or damage that will arise for Wu Wei and / or any third party as a direct or indirect consequence of their stay, regardless of whether this was caused by acts or omissions of themselves or of third parties who are at their disposal in the hotel as well as of any damage caused by any matter that they have in their possession.

In the event of improper use or improper storage of the room and the spa, additional (cleaning or repair) costs may be charged. Wu Wei hereby has the right to charge the credit card of the customer

Despite all Wu Wei's concerns, you may have a justified complaint. You must record this complaint on the spot and directly with the reception desk, in order to give the reception the opportunity to immediately fix it. If the complaint is not handled satisfactorily, you have the opportunity to submit the complaint in writing via up to 1 week after departure of the hotel.

If either a guest or the person accompanying him or her or his or her own involvement in the hotel, or a visitor, happens to be on a photograph and / or a video taken (or shot) for an image in a Wu Wei - publication and / or for display on a website of the Wu Wei his consent to the use of the photo and / or video in the publication and / or the internet site suspected, even if he / she is recognizable on the photo and / or video .

Your contractual partner is Wu Wei BVBA, Kongoweg 23, 8500 Kortrijk. These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made directly or indirectly to Wu Wei.
